EXHIBITION

The main exhibition will be at the African Hall of the International Conference Centre (ICC) Abuja. Works of Art of different styles and concept accross Africa will be exhibited, including the works of renowned Artists who are masters-of-masters. The adjourning hall within the premises will also be used for exhibtion of artworks by special participants, especially the different states of Nigeria to whowcase the beauty in diversity of Visual Art in Nigeria. There will also be off site exibitions at different places within the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

 

AIM

A platform to open business opportunities in the Visual Arts sub-sector:

 

-To showcase peculiarities in each of the participating African countries.

 

- To forge a one-on-one profitable links between collectors and artists.

 

ARESUVA is a biennale that first berthed in Nigeria in 2008, drawing participants, art enthusiasts, collectors and culture speculators from all walks of life. Three Hundred artists from eighteen countries in the African continent, including Nigerian artists, art historians and educationists in the Diaspora attended the art fair to exhibit and discuss issues that will advance the visual arts sub-sector.
